Position: System Analyst (SA, BA)

Responsibilities:
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and identify solutions tomeet those requirements.
● Evaluating existing and new business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas forimprovement, and proposing solutions.
● Gathering and documenting clear and well-structured business requirements documents/user stories,functional and system specifications documents.
● Developing and maintaining business process documentation and user manuals.
● Design and implement data structures, databases, and queries to support system functionality.
● Design technical solutions and system architectures that align with business requirements, consideringscalability, performance, and security.
● Working closely with the product development team to ensure the solutions are implemented on timeand meet requirements.
● Conducting end-user training to both internal and external stakeholders for new systems and solutions
● Prioritising product backlog to ensure that the business continuously delivers value to end-users.
● Defining and monitoring business goals, and metrics to stay competitive in the market and refinesolutions as and when necessary.Skills & Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS orrelated fields.
● 3 years of experience in system analyst, business analysis or IT development in Industrial environment.
● Implementing and analysing complex systems for their organisations, which includes planningdevelopment, testing, and deployment processes for various departments.
● Experience with relational databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and data modelling.
● Knowledge of integration technologies and API development.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Agile methodology business requirements and user requirements elicitation.
● Team working and quality of work mindset.
● Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
● Good communication skills and written in both Thai and English
